Do you offer assisted living?
Yes! Homes within our existing network have dedicated assisted living floors. Additionally, they offer assisted living add-on services throughout their independent living suites. To discuss your individual circumstances please call. We can help discuss options available to you.
Is there a minimum stay?
Usually there are minimum stays. Those minimums are determined by the residence. Our site will advise of the minimum length. Generally, one week is the minimum length with some requiring longer stays. They do so in order that you get a full compliment of their offerings.
I have made a reservation, now what?
Thank you for booking! Our concierge team will be in touch very soon to walk you through the next steps. The next step after the introduction, is to ensure the alignment with the chosen home, and all the medical prerequisites are met. We assist with that part too :)
Something came up and I need to cancel.
